1) Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum age in your region) to use the app. If you are a minor, your parent or guardian should review these Terms with you.

2) License & Ownership

We grant you a personal, limited, non-transferable, revocable license to use the app. All rights in the app (content, code, artwork, trademarks) belong to us and our licensors.

3) No Account & Local Data

Siivii does not require an account and does not collect or store your data on our servers. Your content and progress are stored locally on your device. Deleting the app or clearing the app data will remove local data.

4) Rewarded Ads

• Some features may require you to watch a rewarded advertisement to unlock the ability to create a CV.
• Ad availability depends on your region and the ad networks we use.
• If an ad fails to load, you may not be able to unlock the related feature at that time.

5) Future Paid Features

We may introduce paid features or subscriptions in the future. If we do, pricing, billing, and renewal terms will be shown in the app and through the relevant app store before you purchase.

6) Acceptable Use

You agree not to misuse the app, reverse engineer it, infringe intellectual property, or violate any law. We may suspend or terminate access for violations.

7) Availability & Changes

We may update features, release patches, or discontinue parts of the app. We are not responsible for outages or data loss, to the maximum extent permitted by law.

8) Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability

The app is provided “as is” and “as available.” To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim warranties and limit liability for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Nothing in these Terms limits statutory consumer rights that cannot be excluded.

9) Third-Party Services & Stores

App stores and ad providers are third parties with their own terms. On iOS, you acknowledge that Apple is not responsible for the app and may be a third-party beneficiary of these Terms to the extent required by Apple’s terms.
